Those out side of British Columbia that want to participate can request a mailing address when entering the race. You can also send it to friend in BC to start the race in a BC cache.

A tie in any one category will be broken by using the total of the other categories
(i.e. if there is a tie in the most miles traveled then we will use the most caches visited and photo's taken as tie breaker.)

For the most attractions visited category, the goal of this category is for your travel bug to have its picture taken with as many roadside attractions as it travels. For each one it visits your travel
bug will receive a bonus of 100 kilometers towards the overall winner only 1 bounus per attraction.

Entering the Race:
1. Fill out our online form. If you are from outside BC. if requested we will send you a postal address you can send your traveler to.

2. You will need to supply your own travel bug and attach it to your traveler. The traveler may be whatever you choose, but keep in mind that larger travelers have fewer caches they can fit into.

3. Activate your travel bug. It is recommended that you include “Amazing Travelbug Race II ” in the name of your racer to help identify it is a part of the race.

4. We recommend you attach a travelbug race rules card to you traveler. Sample here if you are sending it to the PGcachers we can make a laminated tag and attach it to your traveler for you.

5. If mailing your racer, make sure you safely package the traveler and drop it in the mail. PGcachers can not be responsible for problems in shipping.

6. Once your travel bug arrives, you will receive confirmation of its arrival. At the start of the race the bugs received will be placed in a random cache in BC.
